Additionally, it allows us to open ourselves to giving and receiving love more fully. When our heart chakra is in balance, we’re more likely to experience positive relationships and greater overall happiness.

Our hearts open up when we feel that love and connection with others.
Keeping a spiritual journal helps us stay connected to our heart chakra. Encouraging self-love and strengthening relationships.
3. Finding gratitude
In a world where we’re often focused on what we don’t have, finding gratitude for what we do have is one of the best ways to heal and balance the heart chakra.
Find small things to be grateful for, write them down daily in your gratitude book and notice how your heart’s energy changes.
4. Yoga poses to open the heart
