Hi there, I’m Ankica —with over 40 years of experience in mental wellness, coaching, and clinical hypnotherapy.
My background includes formal training at mainstream institutions and additional learning from mentors such as Dr. Joe Vitale, Dr. Steve G. Jones, and John Asaraf.
These experiences helped shape the perspectives and resources I share, inviting you to explore self-care and personal growth in ways that resonate with you.
This hub was inspired by my own journey. For me, “Zen” means weaving peace and positive energy into daily life. This being especially valuable in today’s fast-paced world, where stress and constant demands are common.
