Chakra meditation music is a perfect companion for balancing and the metaphysical healing our chakras. When we combine this practice by using rose quartz crystals, it can further deepen our emotional healing session.
We’re all familiar on how music affects our body, mind, and spirit. It can be a really deep personal experience which evokes various feelings within us.
Chakra meditation music, which has its roots in the ancient Indian practice of Nāda Yoga, taps into this power to elevate our consciousness.
Nāda Yoga is based on the belief that everything in the universe is made of vibrations.
This philosophy teaches us that where there is existence, there is vibration. And not all of these vibrations are within the range of sounds we can normally hear.
Some of these vibrations, like ultrasonic and subsonic sounds, can fall outside of the normal hearing range for many of us. However, through regular practice like meditation, individuals can become more attuned to these subtle frequencies.
Chakra meditation music is designed to help us align with the unique frequencies of each chakra, or energy center, within the body.
So, by tuning into these subtle energy vibrations, we’re able to tune into balance and harmony, initiating a deeper connection to our inner and outer worlds.
The combination of Chakra music and rose quartz crystal (which is associated with the heart chakra), supports the idea that everything in existence resonates with specific frequencies. When they’re combined, they help us tune into our energetic system, focusing on nurturing emotional balance and harmony.
Charka Meditation Music Using Rose Quartz

The theory follows that by making and listening to particular sounds, we can connect our physical realm and our spiritual realm. With specific soothing frequencies.
This is organized by frequency, which we will explain later in this article.
Those who practice Chakra meditation regularly do so to achieve a higher state of meditation, consciousness, or nirvana.
Nirvana also means to align the Chakras in this context perfectly. It loosely means a state of perfect tranquility and liberation from worldly suffering or bliss.
Five of these meditative states or Koshas within the body can be achieved through meditation.
They are:
Annamaya (physical)
Pranamaya (life force)
Manomaya (mental)
Vijanamaya (wisdom)
Anadamaya (bliss)
You can read in-depth about this concept by studying the Vedic texts and Upanishads.
Every Chakra responds to a different sound frequency which can be used to help balance the subtle body.
The rose quartz crystal is most closely related to the Heart Energy Center , which is at the center of the body and therefore works in line with the other Chakras.
The other six energy centers are:
The Root Energy Center
The Sacral Energy Center
The Solar Plexus Energy Center
The Heart Energy Center
The Throat Energy Center
The Third Eye Energy Center
The Crown Energy Center
Further in this blog post, we’ve noted the chakra frequencies.
How To Use Chakra Meditation Music
Nāda Yoga is a spiritual practice that emphasizes the transformative power of sound and vibration.
In this practice, music or sound is often categorized into two types:
Internal, silent vibrations – These refer to the subtle, inner vibrations or resonances that are felt within the body or mind. These vibrations are seen as “silent” because they aren’t necessarily audible sounds, but more of an inner experience of vibrational energy.
External vibrations – These are the sounds or music that come from external sources, like instruments, voice, or nature. These sounds are intended to help the practitioner attune to the inner, more subtle vibrations.
These vibrations, whether they’re external or internal, are believed to help guide the individual toward a deeper state of meditation and spiritual awareness.
The seminal Tibetan Buddhist teachings within Jamgon Kongtrul’s ‘The Treasury of Knowledge’ explain that this state was once achieved by a young prince known as Mahasiddha Vinapa.
The Heart (Anahata) Chakra is associated with the chant ‘Yam.’
It is linked to the element of air and the action ‘I love.’
The color green represents this chakra, and its energy is that of love
The vibrational energy of relaxing Chakra music is believed to join these physical, emotional, and spiritual realms together.
Solfeggio frequencies like 528 Hz are normally associated with love and healing.
Love and healing qualities are usually linked to the Heart Chakra energy center. The crystal that is often used is rose quartz, a crystal known for its connection to love and healing.
Meditation Music To Align Chakras
When it comes to meditation music to align chakras, many people use solfeggio, reiki, or relaxation music. This normally helps with soothing the mind, grounding oneself, and letting go of stress.
It allows a peaceful and reflective time to release piled up and unwanted thoughts and the negative energy connected to those thoughts. Restoring our natural balance.
Once we come back to a balanced state, we feel renewed and once again in the form of flow.
This flow state helps to open doors to more positive experiences, instead of struggling, swimming against the current, and dealing with conflict and piled up stress.

Meditation, based on ancient wisdom, is often enhanced by using chakra balancing music.
It is widely practiced in yoga and meditation studios globally.
Here we’ve included two chakra meditation music pieces for you:
Chakra Balancing Music: This music is designed to balance all 7 of the chakras. These frequencies support relaxation, emotional and spiritual wellness.
Heart Chakra Music: Heart chakra that connects with the lower and upper chakras. Its balance plays an important role in emotional and spiritual health. Impacting the overall flow of energy within the body.
When we practice Sadhana or any spiritual practice, we can combine music, meditation and chanting to experience internal and external clearing vibrations.
When we meditate and focus on our inner energy, we can connect with the frequencies of the Heart Chakra.
Using a rose quartz crystal alongside Heart Chakra meditation music is often used to help nurture balance.
The seven Chakra healing frequencies and their associations are listed below:

1. Root Chakra (Muladhara)

Just a quick note: Chakra clearing music isn’t limited just to the Heart Chakra.
The practice itself doesn’t require using all three elements combined, like music, crystals, and solfeggio frequencies.
Although combining them creates an environment that enhances the energy of each.
This practice really is all about listening to your intuition.
While these styles of sessions have a rich history, feel free to adapt it to what resonates most for you.
If combining crystals, chakra music, and meditation doesn’t resonate, then that’s okay. Create your own combination.
What Are The Benefits Of Chakra Meditation Music
Chakra meditation is a holistic practice involving the subtle body and cannot currently be scientifically analyzed.
There is no current way to measure the vibrations or energies referred to.
However, this ancient practice has existed for thousands of years and pre-dates modern science.

Meditation and the Chakra philosophy aim to help us to reach a state of higher consciousness and wellbeing.
The ability to fully align our Chakras and gain a true form of nirvana is rare, but it has been achieved through continued dedication and practice over many years.
Most people who practice Chakra meditation, however, regularly report the following benefits:
- Low to No Anxiety
- Greater intuition and willpower
- A more focused mind
- Stronger acceptance of the present
- A feeling of inner strength
- More positivity
- A newfound appreciation for life
What is so often missing from our modern lives is the ability to take the time and truly reflect on our surroundings.
By understanding our chakras and their frequencies, we gain insight into how our energy works.
This understanding helps us nurture our well-being.
Various meditation techniques teach us to be more present in the moment. As a result, our minds can reduce mental clutter and stress.
Through various meditation practices, we can enjoy the benefits of this ancient holistic practice.
More importantly, we take time to get to know ourselves better through a spiritual lens.
These Chakra practices have existed for so long, as they are ultimately about getting to know yourself and connecting with the universal energy that surrounds you.
And, when you include additional tools like rose quartz crystals, chanting, and chakra music, they can even deepen and enhance the overall experience.
Even though everyone’s experience will be individual, follow your intuition and enjoy the flow of what each energy experience can bring.
