When that happens, don’t be too hard on yourself.

That’s just life.  It’s always important to give yourself some space to step back and reflect before you react to any triggers of harshness.

Does that mean you should give up on boosting your positive vibes altogether?  Of course not, practice makes perfect, and becomes automated right?

Then you might want to try a different approach then.

Here are some ways on how to increase the positive vibes in your living space:

Crystals transmit energy. They serve as the oscillator between all of the fine pieces that make it work as one device.

You can use a feng shui tree with crystals or even grab yourself a crystals kit.
