7. Toxic People
Another unnecessary burden that we might continuously fall prey to is the company of toxic people.
Sadly, they can potentially cause more subconscious emotional issues than watching the news, can ever do.
That’s because even the most tactless verbal negativity can disguise itself as “well-meaning advise coming from a place of love and concern.”
8. An Unhealthy Lifestyle
Stress can lead to negative health conditions. On the other hand, poor health can cause significant mental stress.
