At first, it was almost fun, right? We were all positive, thinking this will only last for a week or two and we’ll be good. It was even kind of nice to be ‘stuck inside’ giving us extra time with our loved ones in our own environment.

As one week turned into two and then weeks turned into months and it started to become unbearable. Those positive feelings went away, and left us feeling dreary, doubtful and even depressed because weren’t  allowed to do the things we use to do right? 

OK so now you do have two choices – you can let it fester on or you can turn it completely around.

Start Your Day With Emotional Energetic Shifts​

Your health does rely on you being in a positive mindset. When you’re negative and feeling bad all the time, your body will follow suit. 

Your muscles get tighter, your headaches, your joints hurt, and you may even have digestive issues and before you know it your taking pain medication and seeing your medical practitioner more often, right?

The negative energy around you invades your physical health.

Rather than starting your day off feeling stressed and frustrated start your day with your journal, just 2 minutes before you day will make the world of difference. 

It’s a really great way to release that stress and chaos and start your day off on the right foot.
